Directions: Apply 1 even coat of BLOOMING Gel over nail.While the gel is WET apply gel of your choice right on top of wet BLOOMING Gel to create BLOOMING effect.
Cure 1 Minute in LED or 2 Minutes in UV Lamp. Top with DYMENAILS HIGH DEFINITION GLOSSY TOPCOAT
PRO TIP: Always work on top of the wet Blooming Effect Gel. Do not cure until after you have created your desired Design.
Keep out of reach of children. Discontinue use if irritation or sensitivity occurs.
